Sorry, we don't have physical store. ApexOne is a Hong Kong registered incorporated business and all of our products are shipped from Hong Kong.
 
All of our products are parallel imported items which means there are no manufacturer warranties. But ApexOne will provide the option to purchase 12 months warranty service for the products which you purchased through apexone.net. Unlocked phone can be used on any network. They have had all restrictions tying them to a particular network removed – or those restrictions were never in place in the first instance. For example, an O2 handset originally tied to having an O2 SIM card will have been modified so that it can take any SIM card. This applies to both contract and pay-as-you-go SIM cards.
SIM Free
SIM-free iPhone means customers do not have to sign a contract commitment with a carrier, nor do they have to deal with carrier financing. It also notes that the device does not come with SIM, meaning that customers can go to a carrier of their choice and get a SIM, assuming the carrier supports the wireless bands the mobile phone has.
 
Quad band / Tri band phones come with travel chargers (100-240V) and no transformer is needed. Dual band phones usually come with 220V chargers. We will provide you a compatible plug adaptor as gift if you purchase product via ApexOne.net.

Order Questions

No. As we are an overseas business, we do not charge any GST on our products. For all international orders (outside Hong Kong), customers are responsible for the custom and import duties.
 
Unfortunately as our products are parallel imported items, we are unable to provide any tax invoice for tax claim.
 
There is no need to register for an account to place an order with us, all you need therefore is an email address and the delivery details. However we still suggest to register an account with us so that the delivery process will be easier and faster with the information provided also for the next order therefore let's create an account today!
 
Placing an order on ApexOne.net is easy:

Once you have gone through the checkout and payment process, you will return to a page on ApexOne's website confirming your order as 'processing' and you will be received a confirmation email. Delivery Questions

Normally, we will ship the items within 1-2 working days after payment received. And you will receive the items in 2-3 working days with FedEx priority service.

YES, you have to be home at the time of delivery to sign for the package. We apologize for any inconvenience to you, but it is our policy that we do not leave the package exposed to the elements. On the day of delivery you will be notified by our email notification that your product is being shipped (you can see the progress via our provided tracking number).
 
OK, if the courier has tried to deliver your package but for some reason, no one is at home to sign for it, the courier service will leave a notification card or they will phone you directly using your provided contact number, in order to advise you of the nearest postal outlet for you to collect your package personally.
