Return Policy

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible. Please note that product returns are not able to be accepted in person at our office address.

Products

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind or unhappy with an item when you buy from ApexOne.net. We will accept the return but all of return items must meet the requirements stated below in order for us to accept it:

  • Inform us within 48 hours from the date of receipt
  • All returned items are returned in their original condition eg., seal package, all components
  • Any item lost when return will not responsible by ApexOne
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fee
  • All returned items for refund are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee

Faulty Damaged Products

We try to select and package the products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge, if you return the product meet the requirements stated below in order for us to accept it:

  • Inform us within 48 hours from the date of receipt
  • All returned items are returned in their original condition eg., seal package, all all components
  • In case of physical damage of a product we would require a photo to be emailed to cs@apexone.net in mentioning your order number
  • Any item lost when return will not be responsible by ApexOne
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fee

Returning Products

  • Please contact us by email at cs@apexone.net with your order no. and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). We will not accepted any return items without RMA
  • The return item has to be received by us within 7 days after you receive your RMA
  • Customer will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us.
  • ApexOne will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternative product in case the product is out of stock/ production

ApexOne reserves the right to interpret the above Terms and Conditions in case of any dispute
